UiPath

A thought leadership program that put UiPath's leadership at the center of the automation conversation.

Renaissance Group built and ran the thought leadership program that placed UiPath's leadership at the center of the enterprise automation conversation. The work positioned UiPath's executive insight as category-defining content and gave the company a distinct voice in a crowded automation market. It ran as one engagement inside Renaissance's thirteen years of B2B brand and marketing craft, dating from the firm's founding in 2013 (source: renaissancegroup.io company record).

The category

Enterprise automation is one of the fastest-growing software markets. The robotic process automation market was valued at about USD 35.27 billion in 2026 and is forecast to reach USD 247.34 billion by 2035 (source: Precedence Research, December 2025). In a market growing at that rate, buyers meet a long list of vendors that all claim the same ground. Category voice decides which name a buyer trusts first, and which leadership team a buyer reads before a shortlist exists.

UiPath holds a leading position in that category. UiPath was named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Robotic Process Automation, its seventh consecutive year in the Leaders quadrant, and was positioned highest for Ability to Execute (source: UiPath, 1 July 2025). A leader in the analyst view needs a public voice that matches the position. That is the gap Renaissance was engaged to close.

What Renaissance did

Renaissance helped UiPath build a thought leadership presence by positioning the leadership team's insight as industry-defining content in the automation space. The program worked across creative, media, and execution as one senior effort, so the strategy and the output stayed aligned across every channel.

Positioning

Leadership as category authority

Executive insight framed as a reference point for where enterprise automation is going.

Executive voice

A public voice for the leadership team

The people buyers follow before they follow a company, given a consistent, senior presence in the automation conversation.

Category voice

One story, every channel

A single program running end to end, so UiPath sounded like one company wherever the market met it.

In the client's words

On record · Rajesh Kumar, Chief Marketing Officer, UiPath

“Renaissance has built focus on B2B strategically across creative, media and execution, which is probably unique. I like their co-creation approach: they build beyond individual projects, leading to a trusted long term productive relationship.”

Why it fits Renaissance

Renaissance takes six new clients a year and keeps senior people on every account (source: renaissancegroup.io company record). UiPath sits in the industrial technology part of that client base: the software layer on the physical world, complex products in crowded categories. The Executive Desk practice builds public voices for the people who lead those companies and feeds them with intelligence on their market and competitors. The UiPath program is that practice at work.

Renaissance has worked with UiPath as part of thirteen years of B2B brand and marketing craft for industrial and enterprise companies. See the full body of work on the Insights page, or start a conversation.
