This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising. We count visits in aggregate, and the only personal data we hold is what you send us.
Renaissance Group collects the information you submit through the contact form on this site — your name, company email address, and your message — and uses it solely to respond to your enquiry. That information is delivered to us by email and read only by the people handling your enquiry; it is not sold, licensed, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose beyond responding to you. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes routing, security, and performance data under its own privacy policy; beyond that infrastructure layer, we run no cookies, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate (page views, referring sites, countries) and sets no cookie. When you send the contact form, it also carries four details from your visit: the website that referred you, the first page you opened on this site, any campaign tags in that page's address (utm parameters), and your answer to the optional question on how you heard about us. Your browser holds the first three in session storage until you close the tab. Nothing is set as a cookie, and nothing leaves your browser unless you submit the form.
